The very basic premise is our Foundational Compass. This provides direction and purpose for everything we do. If we can't start here then nothing that comes after will matter.

What drives the Very Basic Premise is the inherent harm that unnecessary work disability causes.

Starting with this very basic premise gives us an Unassailable Foundation to start from.

It is irrefutable that “Being out of work is harmful”.

It is the only premise that can create Systems Change in a constrained system such as a disability compensation.

While this is good from a "systems" perspective we are going to use the same premise and use it to be more specific regarding the Voice of the Worker. We are going to use the worker's reasons that we captured from the 1A. Importance of RTW and 1B. Concerns about NOT Returning to Work. This will help us Lead with the voice of the worker.

It is the one rare overlap of interests in any compensation system that instantly aligns ALL participants goals, ethical motivations, and what is in the best interest of the worker. Now, the whole process of RTW is being Led by the voice of the worker and their identification of the benefits of returning and the harm of not returning.
