Worker Modes are dynamic NOT fixed

Modes Are Not Judgments: Modes describe behaviors, not fixed traits.

Modes Are Fluid: Workers can move between modes based on interventions and changing circumstances.

Worker Modes are not fixed but transitional, influenced by both personal and environmental factors.

The worker can experience positive transitional moments, as well as negative transitional moments that can move them in and out of their current mode.

Be mindful that modes might shift over time and your role of case manager/case worker in facilitating positive transitions, avoiding negative transitions, and creating pivotal moments to break unhelpful loops workers can get stuck in.
